This apartment is located on the first floor and is equipped for 4 persons. The entrance provides access to two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds. Upon arrival, we ensure that the beds are freshly made for you. The modern bathroom has a double washbasin and a walk-in shower. There is also a separate guest toilet.

The spacious and attractively furnished living room has a comfortable seating area and a Smart TV with foreign channels. From the living room you have access to the spacious south-facing terrace with luxurious, comfortable garden furniture and terrace heating. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lively marina and the Veerse Meer until late in the evening.

The spacious, luxuriously fitted kitchen is equipped with comfort appliances, including an induction hob, an combination microwave, a fridge-freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a separate room with a washing machine, baby cot and high chair. In the storage room there is room for your (electric) bikes.

This apartment is pet free.

The car park of Residence Marina and the general car park of the marina have two Ecotap charging points for charging your electric car. The charging station can be used at a charge by using a charging card.
