The global impact of the Corona virus affects us all. This extraordinary situation brings with it a great deal of uncertainty. We are doing our utmost to allay your concerns as much as possible. We are closely following the developments surrounding the Coronavirus and are following the official recommendations of the RIVM and the Safety Region of Zeeland. On this page we will keep you as up to date as possible with the latest developments. However, we also refer you to the website www.RIVM.nl with the current recommendations and regulations.
You are welcome in our vacation homes to enjoy the peace, space and nature. Many of our vacation homes are detached and situated on spacious plots surrounded by nature. Here you will find no crowds or central facilities, but plenty of privacy and space.
We are aware that the current measures to combat the coronavirus will not disappear in the short term and that this period involves a great deal of uncertainty. We are therefore applying adjusted booking conditions in this special situation:
Book now, decide later
Within 14 days after making the reservation, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge unless the reservation is made 28 days or less before the start of your stay.
Should your vacation not be able to take place due to the Corona virus for the reasons listed below, we offer you the flexibility to rebook your vacation to another period in 2021 or 2022 in the event of:
- A closed border
- Quarantine obligation for adults upon arrival and/or return in combination with a negative travel advice
The above must be communicated on the official website of the Dutch government or government of the country of origin.
In the above cases, you can rebook free of charge until 14 days before arrival. After this our standard cancellation conditions apply.
The total amount of the booking remains the same or increases. If the altered booking becomes more expensive, you will have to pay the difference extra.
For all other things, our general terms and conditions remain in force.
A safe stay for everyone is our highest priority. We hope for your understanding for some adjustments in this special period.
We take all necessary precautions to meet the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Before your arrival, the holiday home has been cleaned with the greatest care and we take the following additional measures:
- The bed and bath linen is washed and disinfected at 95 degrees.
- The hand contact points, the kitchen and the sanitary facilities in your holiday home are disinfected.
- For the cleaning of your holiday home we work with Alphades, a disinfectant that is also used in hospitals, with the Cradle to Cradle Gold certificate 100% safe for people and the environment.
- The holiday home is ventilated for at least 5 hours before arrival.
Check in and check out
We strive for as little physical contact as possible. On the day of arrival, you can pick up the key to your holiday home from 16.00 at the reception. A maximum of 1 person is allowed at the reception at the same time. For everyone's safety, our employees are behind plexiglass. The key to your holiday home will be disinfected before handover.
Would you like fresh rolls for breakfast every morning? Then make use of our bread delivery service, you can pay online and we will hang them at the door in the morning.
