Duinvallei 43 | De Groote Duynen

Duinvallei 43 is a spacious, luxurious, 8-person wellness holiday villa with Finnish sauna. Due to its higher location on the park, your view is endless! 

The cozy living room is wonderfully bright and through the glass front across the full width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you can enjoy every season a beautiful sunrise. By opening the garden doors you connect the living room to the terrace. In the living room there is a comfortable sitting area with cozy gas fireplace, flat screen TV and soundbar. A large dining table invites you to dine. The windows are equipped with electrically operated screens. 

The luxurious, open kitchen is equipped with modern quality appliances, an extra-large refrigerator with ample freezing capacity, an oven, a second oven with microwave function, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. 

The villa has four bedrooms, all with single beds. Two bedrooms are equipped with TV. The master bedroom has a spacious bathroom en suite, with a bath, toilet and bathroom furniture. The second bathroom is accessible from the hall and has a Finnish sauna, a walk-in (rain)shower, a toilet and bathroom furniture. An additional washbasin is also placed in one of the bedrooms. In the hall there is a separate guest toilet. 

The enlarged terrace is accessible from the living room and equipped with garden furniture including a lounge set and two sun beds. Here you can enjoy the beautiful view while you sit down for an extensive lunch. For the children there is a trampoline in the garden.

The holiday villa has a storage room equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and an extra fridge.

Each villa comes with a cot and a highchair as standard, and as an extra service this villa also has a beachcart at your disposal. The villa is equipped with child resistant sockets. There is parking for a maximum of two cars. There is also an electric charging station*, to be used only with a pass and for a fee.  

A pet is welcome in this holiday villa.

*To use the charging station, you need to use a charging card. You can borrow a charging card from the reception for a fee (please note, subject to availability).
