The fireplace (propane gas) provides extra atmosphere and cosiness in the evening. The living room adjoins the luxuriously equipped kitchen with cooking island with two seats overlooking the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances including an oven, microwave and dishwasher. For coffee lovers, there is a Nespresso coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is a spacious dining table for extensive dining or working.

The harmonica patio doors can be fully opened and give access to shaded outdoor areas and sunny terraces. The covered terrace is equipped with a large patio table and two sun beds. As the concrete cast floor flows seamlessly from the living room and kitchen into the terrace, you create one large space here. What a pleasure to enjoy nature and tranquillity here. This luxury villa further features 3 bedrooms with a double box-spring bed, TV, fitted wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin and door to the outside. The master bedroom also has its own toilet, a sauna and a sliding door to the outside with access to the covered terrace. There is a guest toilet in the hallway.

This property is pet-free. The plot has parking space for 2 cars.

This beautiful villa is designed to be energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. Electricity is generated by its own solar panels.

This holiday home can only be booked by family groups. Non-family groups are not allowed due to the preservation of peace and quiet on the park. Organising club outings, student parties, bachelor parties and other group formation with a festive character is not allowed.
