The entrance gives access to four spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, floating TV and a bathtub in the room. There is also a modern en-suite bathroom with rain shower and washbasin. Two other bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and a TV. The last bedroom has a double bed with two single mattresses. Both the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms have direct access to a spacious terrace with sun loungers, comfortable seating and a view of the water.

Upon arrival, the beds will be made up for you with luxurious bed linen and a package of luxurious bath linen will be waiting for everyone. In the hall, there is a modern, contemporary bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower, and there is an additional guest toilet.

The bright and attractively furnished living room is located on the first floor of the villa. The living room has a cosy sitting area with a Smart TV, wood-burning fireplace and breathtaking views over the water. From the living room, you have access to the terrace with a large round dining table and built-in barbecue. The perfect place for long summer evenings enjoying good food and a glass of wine.

The cosy, luxurious kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. These include a double fridge with freezer and a double combi oven-microwave. There is also an induction hob with integrated extractor and dishwasher. For coffee and tea lovers, there is a coffee bean machine, a Nespresso coffee machine and a Quooker.

At the private jetty (length: max. 7 metres, draught: max. 1.5 metres), you can moor your own boat and sail out onto Lake Veere at any time for a day trip to Middelburg or picturesque Veere. On the jetty, you can enjoy a late evening drink at sunset with a view of Veere from the comfortable lounge set, while enjoying a warming fire in the fire pit.

The villa has private parking for several cars and a charging station for your electric car. You can store your bicycles under the canopy.

The separate laundry room on the ground floor has a washing machine, dryer and accessories at your disposal. A cot and high chair are also provided as standard.
