This loft flat in Résidence Marina Kamperland is characterised by luxury and a spacious south-facing terrace with panoramic views. The combination of the location on the lively marina, the Veerse Meer lake and the North Sea beach make these flats unique and the perfect base for a luxury holiday in Zeeland.

This flat is furnished for 6 people and located on the first floor, with breathtaking views of the boats in Kamperland's marina. The entrance provides access to three spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds, the other bedrooms have a double bed. Upon arrival, we ensure that the beds are freshly made for you and towels are provided. There are two modern bathrooms in the apartment. One bathroom has a bathtub, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. There is also a separate guest toilet.

The bright and cosy living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area and a Smart TV with foreign package. From the living room, you have direct access to the spacious south-facing terrace with luxurious, comfortable garden furniture, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lively marina and the Veerse Meer lake until late in the evening. The spacious luxury kitchen is equipped with comfort appliances, including an induction hob, an oven/grill, a fridge and for the real coffee lover, a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a separate room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, cot and high chair. In the indoor shed there is room for your (electric) bikes. Your pet is welcome in this flat.

The North Sea beach is 15 minutes' cycling distance from Résidence Marina Kamperland, where you can enjoy one of the widest beaches in the Netherlands! This is also the right place for nature lovers, as you can walk within a few minutes from your flat to De Schotsman nature reserve, where you will be treated to colourful natural beauty.

Do you like to go out by boat and would you like to interrupt your trip with a few days of luxury at Résidence Marina Kamperland? You can! We will put you in contact with our harbour master for a safe place for your boat, while you enjoy the luxury in your flat! If you don't have your own boat, but would like to spend a day on the water. Then hire a sloop or luxury yacht and explore the Veerse Meer or the Oosterschelde. Check out the possibilities here. 

In the car park of Résidence Marina and in the general car park of the marina, two Ecotap charging points are available for charging your electric car. The charging station can be used against payment by means of a charging card.
