The house has a stylish living room with plenty of daylight and a sliding door giving access to the spacious garden where you can enjoy the outdoor fireplace or the terrace with comfortable garden furniture in the evening or after a long walk on the beach. There is also a stone outdoor barbecue.

The living room with a luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped. There is a comfortable sitting area with wood stove and the open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances. Among other things, you will find a fridge-freezer, convection oven, combi microwave, kettle, Senseo- and Nespresso coffeemachine and a dishwasher.

On the ground floor is a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower and washbasin. There is a seperate toilet in the hallway. Upstairs are 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom, 2 of which have twin beds and one bedroom with three single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub, double sink, toilet, shower and a spacious sauna for 4 or 5 persons.

The house has an indoor storage room and, adjacent to the kitchen, an extra storage room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and an extra fridge. At the front, you can park 3 cars on the private parking space.
