The living room is wonderfully light and faces south. Sliding doors give access to the densely planted, sheltered garden and the terrace with comfortable garden furniture and two sun loungers. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sitting area with a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern, high-quality appliances. These include a combination microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a double sink and shower. There is a guest toilet in the hall.
Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms have twin beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The outdoor storage room has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There are two parking spaces at the front of the house.
