Description

The cozy living room is wonderfully light and through the glass front over the full width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you can enjoy the famous Zeeland skies and sunsets. With the double garden doors you can optimally connect the living room to the garden. In addition to a large dining table, there is a spacious seating area with flat screen TV with foreign package and an atmospheric gas fireplace.

The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances, such as a multifunctional microwave-oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine.

The villa has three spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with flat screen TV with foreign package and bathroom ensuite. This bathroom is equipped with a bath, double sink and toilet. The second bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink. In the hall there is also a separate guest toilet.

If you open the garden doors in the living room to the wonderfully sunny, spacious terrace you can enjoy the outdoors directly. You will find a large dining table and two comfortable sunbeds. The spacious garden borders a water feature and is surrounded by slopes, marram grass and dune tear.

The holiday villa has a storage room with a double infrared sauna, where you can warm up after a long beach walk. Experience the ultimate feeling of luxury and enjoy the a panoramic view of the water from the whirlpool. The whirlpool can be used against payment(to be reserved in advance and only possible for the entire stay: week € 70.00, midweek € 40.00, weekend € 30.00)

There is parking for two cars per villa. This villa is sustainable and equipped with solar panels and there is a charging station for electric cars*.
There is a cot and a high chair in every villa.

Your pet is very welcome in this holiday villa.

*To use the charging station, you need to use a charging card. You can borrow a charging card from the reception for a fee (please note, subject to availability).

Wir machen schon seit vielen Jahren im Januar Urlaub in "De Groove Duynen" und fühlen uns dort jedes Mal wie zu Hause wie auch dieses Mal in Zandbank 25. Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel. In der Küche ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Gaskamin wirklich luxuriös. In diesem Jahr hatten wir das erste Mal den Whirlpool dazu gebucht und fanden es fantastisch! Die Häuser sind immer sehr sauber und gepflegt!

Huisje heel gezellig, zalig met het vuurtje. Top kwaliteit bedden en badkamer meubilair. Heel leuke inrichting van het huisje, alles uitgebreid aanwezig. Grote tuin & prachtige rustige omgeving. Super gezellige living. Perfecte ligging, alles zeer snel bereikbaar.

Tolle Radwege, sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich in der Gastronomie. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns hier sofort sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Es war ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, der uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Herzlichen Dank!

We spent lots of time in and around our bungalow. We made full use of the hot tub which was a wonderful place to relax so close to the water. The location of our bungalow in De Groote Duynen was perfect - at the end of a "road" and the location of De Groote Duynen in relation to the beaches and interesting towns and cities of Zeeland was perfect. Receiving additional information from the reception team about Ascension Day was a real bonus.
