Description

The cozy living room is wonderfully light and through the fully glazed fronting over the full width of the living room (floor to ceiling windows) you have a panoramic view over the wide polder landscape. With the double garden doors you can optimally connect the living room to the garden. In addition to a large dining table, there is a spacious seating area with flat screen TV with foreign package and an atmospheric gas fireplace. The luxurious, open kitchen is fully equipped with modern quality appliances, such as a fridge with freezer, combi microwave oven, dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. The windows are equipped with electrically operated screens on the outside.

The villa has four spacious bedrooms, all equipped with single beds. The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom furniture. The second bathroom is accessible from the hall and is equipped with a Finnish sauna with floor-to-ceiling glass wall. After a long beach walk you can warm up in the sauna. Furthermore, this bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and bathroom furniture. A separate guest toilet is located in the hall.

If you open the garden doors in the living room to the wonderfully sunny, spacious terrace you can enjoy the outdoors directly. You will find a large dining table and two comfortable sunbeds. The spacious garden borders a water feature and because of its location on the south you will always find a wonderful place in the sun. There is also a waterfront terrace available. Here you can enjoy the sun on the water or admire the beautiful sunset in the evening.

The holiday villa has an indoor storage room with a washing machine and dryer.  There is a cot and a high chair in every villa.

There is parking for two cars per villa and a charging station for electric cars (type 2 connection)

This villa has a heat pump with underfloor heating and cooling. 

A little pet is allowed on request in this holiday villa.

    Wir erleben seit 7 Jahren unseren Sommerurlaub in den Zandvillas. Tolle Bungalows, perfekte Lage. Das Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe, der Schotsmann/ Wald zum Joggen direkt anbei. Mit Hunden zu reisen ist dort auch kein Problem. Die Damen von Zandvillas sind bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit. Wir haben bereit unseren 8. Sommerurlaub dort gebucht.

    Wir haben eine tolle Zeit in einer Zandvilla verbracht. Der Park ist gepflegt und sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Haus ist einfach nur klasse. Mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Top ist auch der Brötchenservice.
