Is wifi available? 

All holiday homes have free wifi.


Are dogs allowed?

Dogs are allowed in many holiday homes. This is stated in the description of the holiday home. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.


Are overnight visitors allowed?

This is allowed, as long as the number of persons does not exceed the capacity of the holiday home. Due to safety regulations and tourist taxes, overnight visitors must be registered at the reception desk.


What time can I check in?

The house is ready for check-in from 16:00.


Is a late arrival possible?

It is possible to arrive late on request. Please contact our reception in time.

Where can I collect the keys?

You can collect the key at our reception: Veerweg 3 in Kamperland.


How can I cancel my booking? 

You can cancel your reservation online. You can also cancel by phone or e-mail. We will cancel the reservation for you.


Is there any charge for cancelling my booking?

A cancellation fee is charged for cancelling your reservation. Please refer to the general terms and conditions to find out which costs apply at the time of cancellation.


Is there a deposit to be paid?

Yes, a 50% down payment is required within 14 days of booking.


When is the remaining payment due?

The remaining 50% must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
